Of course, we love feedback and reviews. We encourage anyone who engages with our showroom staff whether it is online or in-person, to give us feedback on how your experience was. It’s an opportunity for you to share with others, what they can expect when working with us and an opportunity for us to learn how to improve, or where our strengths are!
We are encouraging our customers to engage with us on Google by posting photos of their products that they purchase, when they get them in the home. We want to see how they look! Also, we want users to be able to ask questions on our Google my business profile and have you, our customers answer them. People love it when they get “real people” answers, who have done business with the company before because they know the answers are true and genuine.
