Custom products can be returned or refunded. If a custom product is delivered with a defect, we will inspect the defect and determine the source of defection. Our relationship with the manufacturer that built your custom product is through your warranty period. We will contact the manufacturer to inform them of the defect. You will need to email us images of the defect so we can relay it to the manufacturer and a solution will be determined, to bring your product back up to excellent.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
During your ordering of a custom product, you will have the option to receive samples of wood stains, upholstery, metal finishes and anything else that you can choose your preference in. You will be able to see and touch the exact color or pattern you are choosing. Colors and patterns look different on the web vs in person, so it’s important that you match the color considering this difference in appearance. Confirm that the shade is exactly what you want, before you buy. The type of wood or metal that your finish, paint, or stain is going on, effects the outcome of the finish, paint or stain. A weathered gray stain will look different on oak than on birch wood. In the showroom, we have samples of all colors on available materials that the product comes in, and a local expert will let you know what the product’s availability comes in. We can show you and guide you through the process of picking out exactly what you want, based on what you are trying to match or pair with.
Before a custom product order is placed, we will reconfirm the order with you multiple times to make sure we have the order right. Once the order is placed with the manufacturer, there is no changing it.
Production Time
Every manufacturer has a different production time. Some manufacturers take up to 8 weeks while others may take 8 months. We will confirm the production time with you, based on the manufacturer you are placing the order with.

Because of our relationship with the manufacturers, all orders are shipped to our showroom, where we accept your order on your behalf. Before you pick it up or have it delivered by us, we inspect it for you and assemble it if necessary.
Apart of your order price, will include a fee for shipping. We typically will receive better rates than competitors for shipping, and if we have orders in bulk for the same manufacturer, we can get discounted shipping rates from the brand. It is best to ship more products at the same time. Because of this, we may suggest to you, to allow for a wider arrival date frame, so we can give you the best custom quote, possible with the least amount of fee included for shipping.
Some manufacturers do offer direct ship. If you prefer to have the product shipped directly to you with a flat shipping rate, we can place the order and have it delivered to your home address. The cost for shipping will be included in your order.
Amisco Shipping
All orders usually ship from the manufacturer within 10 business days. The number of days it takes once they ship depends on your location, but should not be more than 7 more business days. So, about three weeks from the day you order the stools online.

Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information my be required. we reserver the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, due to any type of error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price

WARRANTY
Our products do some with warranty, anywhere between 1 year and 20 years. Please ask for the warranty coverage by the manufacturer when requesting a quote for a specific product.
Amisco Warranty
Warranty applies for residential use of material and/or workmanship defects, occurring during a normal use, under the conditions for which the products are designed.
AMISCO, hereby warrants for a period of ten (10) years the following components or characteristics:
- The welding;
- The metal structure;
- The mechanism;
- The swivel plates (sold after April 1st 2019).
AMISCO, hereby warrants for a period of one (1) year the following components or characteristics:
- Upholstered components;
- Wood components;
- Glass components;
- Danish cord components;
- Sea grass components.
The warranty excludes or does not cover:
- Commercial or short-term rental use.
- Any defect not specifically mentioned.
- Normal wear from use of:
- Glides;
- Paint;
- Lacquer;
- Upholstery.
- Wear from environmental due to:
- Temperature;
- Humidity;
- Sun light.
- Wear, defect or failure of products or components due to:
- Improper use or negligence;
- Improper assembly ore care;
- An unauthorized repair, modification or alteration;
- Repackaging for shipping purposes.
AMISCO will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no charge.
- The repaired or replacement parts are included in this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Where allowed under law, AMISCO cannot be held liable for any special, incidental, and consequential damages due to product use.
Claims and merchandise returns
If parts are missing or received damaged, contact Amisco within 30 days from your purchase date.
All warranty claims must be sent in writing to AMISCO together with:
- The original or photocopy of the original purchase invoice.
- Picture or video proof of every issue.
AMISCO reserves the right to ascertain the basis for a warranty request and to demand justification pieces or clarifications.
Defective merchandise may not be returned until receipt of AMISCO’S written authorization and shipping instructions are given.
AMISCO reserves the right to replace merchandise deemed defective with similar merchandise of same value if original merchandise is no longer available.
