Warranty Care & Maintenance of Seaside Casual Furniture.
EnviroWood is made from an extremely high performance polymer that does not require sealing, painting or staining. It will not rot or splinter, and contains UV inhibitors that resist fading. EnviroWood is not affected by most corrosive substances, and will not absorb moisture or promote bacterial growth. To maintain EnviroWood furniture you must simply clean it regularly with soap and water (avoid pressure washing). The stainless steel fasteners used to assemble your furniture are virtually maintenance free under normal conditions. Seaside uses only the highest quality stainless fasteners to assemble furniture; however in coastal areas hardware will require regular washing or rinsing with fresh water to avoid rusting. Avoid using harsh chemicals on EnviroWood furniture. Stainless steel hardware will rust in high salinity environments if not properly maintained as described.Â
Seaside Casual EnviroWood® Furniture 20 Year Residential and 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of Envirowood Furniture for upto 20 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase). Wefurther warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year fromdate of purchase. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product(if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty.Envirowood, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight and someelements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are excluded from this warranty.This warranty applies to Envirowood Furniture manufactured after January 1, 1999 and applies to the originalpurchaser only.Â
Coastline Collection Limited 10 year residential & 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty.

Resin Wicker 3 Year Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual warrants that under normal use and proper care, Resin Wicker products are designed to withstandfading, weathering and aging for 3 (three) years from time of delivery. Color pigmentation can affect the colorconsistency of Resin Wicker products, so there may be slight color variations between production batches whichdoes not fall under warranty consideration. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which in our opinionwas caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care andmaintenance instructions were not properly followed.Â
Powder Coated Aluminum Frames 3 Year Limited Warranty
The finish on exposed Powder Coated Aluminum Frames is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for aperiod of 3 years from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). Blistering and oxidation of finishes due todamage caused by scratches, dents, power washing and dings are not covered by this warranty. This warranty doesnot cover the failure of products which in our opinion were caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse orimproper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.Stainless Steel FastenersStainless steel fasteners are guaranteed not to fail structurally for a period of up to 20 years for residential use and 5years for commercial use (from date of purchase). Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions if notmaintained as outlined under the “Envirowood Care and Maintenance” section. Rusting hardware or structural failuredue to rusting hardware is not covered by this warranty.Â
Cushions and Pillows 1 Year Limited Warranty
Cushions are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year for residential and commercial use.Compression of cushions is not covered by this warranty. Although our cushions are water resistant they are notwater proof and will absorb water in certain conditions. We advise that you shelter cushions in rainy conditions toavoid extended drying times. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which, in our opinion was causedby acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenanceinstructions were not properly followed.Â
Commercial Liners 1 Year Limited Warranty
Commercial liners are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year for residential and commercial use.In no event shall Seaside Casual be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to any plants which may have been planted in the product.
